Flickr Save – Privacy Policy

Flickr Save does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing happens locally in your browser.

What the extension does

• Detects the og:image meta tag on Flickr photo detail pages.
• Shows a badge indicator on the extension icon to indicate when an image is available.
• When you click the icon on a supported page, it downloads that image to your device.

Permissions use

• activeTab + scripting

  Runs a small content script on the current Flickr photo page to read the og:image meta tag.

• downloads

  Saves the discovered image to your device after you click the icon.

• host access

  Limited to https://www.flickr.com/* so it only operates on Flickr.

Data collection and sharing

The extension does not collect, log, store, transmit, or share any personal information or browsing data. No analytics or third-party services are used.

Children’s data

The extension is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect personal data.
